Texts and email, in the same place
Earl sends and reads on the business line and the business email, so the follow-up that used to live in three apps and a notebook lives in one record.
"Text Hudson and Harry tomorrow's plan" sends each of them the job, the address, and the hours, signed with your business name. When the crew texts back from the truck, Earl logs what they said: the job done, the mulch used, the blade that needs ordering.
Reminders the night before, "running twenty minutes late", "the quote is in your email". Earl never texts a customer on his own. When a customer texts the business line, it lands in your Notifications with a Reply button, and your answer goes out as a text from the business.
Quotes and invoices go out as your business, with the PDF and a link to accept. Replies come straight back to Earl, so "can you add the hallway?" shows up in your Notifications with the quote next to it, and one sentence from you updates it and sends it again.
Every text and email is on a sheet under the customer's or crew member's name, next to the job it was about. Nothing to forward, screenshot, or dig for. Ask Earl "what did Ken say?" and he reads it back.
