Works with Muse — connect Earl to your Muse and ask about your business from there.Connect →

Muse runs your day.
Earl runs your business.

Muse is the assistant you talk to about everything. Earl is the one who actually works for the business: he writes up its calls, writes its quotes, keeps its books and schedule, and texts its crew. Connect the two and you ask Muse; Earl does the work.

Say it to Muse. Earl does it.

What's on tomorrow, and who's on it?The calendar, with the crew on each job and who's free.
Who owes us money?Unpaid invoices by customer, what's overdue, what came in this week.
Send the Millers their invoice.Earl writes it with your logo and emails it with a pay link, after your yes.
Book Lisa Nguyen Friday morning at 14 Elm.On the calendar, on the Jobs sheet, and Lisa on Customers if she's new.
Text Mike tomorrow's plan. The job, the address, and the hour, from the business line, signed with your name.
Anything waiting on me?Approvals, calls to file, quotes to send: Muse shows them, you say yes.

Everything comes from your own records, and every answer is checked against them before it's spoken. Employees never see rates, pay, or other people's hours, through Muse or anywhere else.

Connecting takes a minute

  1. In Muse, add Earl as a connection. Search "Earl" under connectors, or paste earl.solutions.
  2. Muse sends you to Earl. Sign in with your phone, pick the business, press Allow. Muse gets a key for that one business and nothing else.
  3. Ask away. Take the key back any time under Office → Connections. Several businesses, several connections; nothing about your personal life goes to Earl.

And when something happens, Muse hears about it

Earl tells Muse the moment a customer calls the line, a text lands, an email arrives, a quote is accepted, or an invoice gets paid, so the conversation starts on Muse's side, not only when you ask.

Not on Muse?

Earl works on his own, on the phone and the web, and with any assistant that speaks OAuth: the developer guide has the whole connection on one page. Questions: earlsoftwarellc@gmail.com.
